You can find out if your insurance will cover services and how much they will cover by calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking about out-of-network mental health services and benefits. You will want to request to know your out-of-network deductible, what percent or amount your insurance will pay, and the maximum amount your insurance will pay per session. If you need to get reimbursement by your insurance, we can provide you a financial statement called a “Superbill” to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Ask your insurance what the process is for for submitting.
